Altiplano Resources

Our Approach

Fair value, from the ground up.

We trade and mine with the people who produce. Long-term relationships come before any single deal.

How we work with our suppliers

01

Trading fairly

We are not here to take advantage of small-scale and artisanal miners. We remunerate our suppliers correctly and transparently, so that fair value reaches the local communities that produce it.

02

Mining partnerships

We partner with local miners to develop their deposits. When we do business with them, they hold a fair share of the business — not only a price for their material.

03

Social initiatives

We invest in social initiatives alongside our operations: school financing, social benefits and programmes that improve daily life in the communities we work with.

Our pledge

We pledge to promote local employment, develop local skills and communities, and redistribute fairly the profits from our operations — for the well-being of the people we work with and for good, lasting relationships.

  • Local employment first
  • Local skills and training
  • Fair redistribution of profits

No mine today can operate without a social licence.
